Sorry for the late update. It has been a crazy week but really contented. After 5 months of anticipation, it finally came true
!Close to 500 peeps showed up for Easter Swapmeet, the biggest event in Malaysia where sneakers and streetwear enthusiasts came together to buy/sell/trade and party. It was held at The Loft@ZOUK KL and it was crowded and jam pack through out the night.
There was a silk-screen demonstration done by Project Deadstock and live sneakers customization by WSDP. TThe event also showcase the latest work from customizers like SICK x Skinner called Super Charger Heaven, WSDP, SICK x Andrew and Old Charlie. It was so good that the peeps are anticipating another bigger and bolder one in the near future.

Over the weekend, Sneaker Pimps invaded Jakarta, the capitol of Indonesia and brought more than 13000 sneakerheads to Semanggi Expo.
On the opening night, the door opened at 7pm to invited guests only. People rushed in and to view one of the largest scale of sneakers display in the region.
It featured more than 800 pairs of customized, rare, vintage, celebrity signed and artist collaborated sneakers from all over the world.
World renowned artists like Futura, Ewok, METH and SBTG’s arrival took the event to another level. Fans were crowding to watch the artists live installation especially Futura’s. Streething has some exclusive footage so check it from time to time.
Futura’s presence could really be felt as fans just couldn’t get enough of him and was getting him to tag anything they can get hold of.
Besides the featured international artists , the local Indonesia graffiti artists, DJs, musician and skaters did such an amazing job the whole night to keep the crowd going. Great respect and props to the crew of FOOTURAMA for their hardwork, passion and determination.
Mad shout out to crew from Footurama for taking good care of us. Good meeting you Peter, hope we can make it come true by bringing Sneaker Pimps to Kuala Lumpur. Lenny, Ewok you guys really made my trip. SBTG and Methamphibian, hope you guys like our stickers. Sneaker Pimps Jakarta, you ROCK!
