conjunction with Schoeller Technologies Switzerland. A versus 3
production!
Our latest project is a three way collaboration that
incorporates Schoeller's fabric technology on a classic New Balance
running shoe. Known globally for high tech quality textiles, Schoeller
is regularly associated with premium outdoor and performance brands as
well as innovations using Kevlar and product development utilised by
NASA.
This is the most premium hanon release to date. We have
reworked a New Balance classic with a luxury Schoeller 3XDry fabric
that offers a full encapsulated sock upper. Premium full grain leather
and nubuck overlays are provided by Pittard's of England and as with
previous hanon x New Balance, detailing and reference points will be
unique only to this model.
The latest hanon x New Balance is scheduled to launch during the first week of May."

Streething took a trip down south for the Singaporean leg of the K-Spray 6 city Asian tour.The event organised by K-Swiss, brought together 3 of Europe’s finest street artists: The London Police (UK), PEZ (SPAIN) and Flying Fortress (GERMANY), to put on a live installation and bring a bunch of like minded people to join in and have some fun.
At the doorstep we were greeted by 3 gigantic, inflatable-insignias of the infamous street art characters. It made a change from the normal cardboard cut-outs or blown up posters that we usually see with such events. Such effort can be noted throughout the event.
Signing in, we all get some stickers and a rubber dog tag, great that K-Swiss took the trouble to produce such items, it really shows that a close working relationship has been established rather than the “Hey you, we gonna give you money to make us look cool, so just show up and paint some stuff for these people then F-off!” attitude.

We always love the enthusiasm and features of Kix-Files, they are always working hard in providing the first hand information and have done tons of interviews with artists and industry veterans. Recently they just interviewed Steven Vogel which recently wrote "Streetwear the Book", published by Thames & Hudson. The book is sort of a collection of his friends and colleagues (more like industry veterans like Hiroshi, Brian from 852 etc.) who have been influential to the culture and sub-cultures involved in streetwear.
