Blink's razor sharp webzine, Blinkville.com, aims to
act as an interactive community connecting Asian street connoisseurs
from all walks of life ranging from music to arts to fashion. It also
features a blog by Blink and key people from the industry like Earn
(Surrender), Footurama (Indonesia), Kzzit (Streething), music Writer
Matt Armitage and Goldfish.

Singapore will very fittingly be the first country in the world to launch the Asia Exclusive SBTG dunk low premium SB on 22nd July at 7.30 pm at the LE 2 skate store. SBTG should also be on hand during the launch to sign the boxes etc.
This pair is the labour of love by our very own homegrown SBTG (Mark Ong) and the Singapore Nike team. In our humble opinion it is definately right up there with some of the best kicks to come out of Nike SB and there have been quite a few."
SBTD Dunk Low Premium SB will only be available at LE Singapore, Bangkok (watch out for new shop opening's report), Jakarta's 707, Tokyo, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and New Zealand.

New Balance just opened its first Concept Store in Raffles City, Singapore.
"New Balance, one of the worlds’s leading manufacturers of sports
footwear and apparel will open its first wholly owned Concept Shop at
Raffles City Shopping Centre. Located at The Raffles Marketplace, it
will have its design concept initiated in Singapore, the first of its
kind in Asia for New Balance.
The new shop will boldly attempt to adopt a juxtaposition retail
concept which refers to confiding 2 contrasting themes within a single
retail space. A balance of the 2 themes is what the New Balance concept
store is all about. The shop is segmented into 2 thematic areas:
Technical and Classics, by a translucent vile, allowing the 2 different
areas, a curious peep into each other’s world. Walking from one area of
the shop to the other represents a chance for the exploration of a
unique retail experience to transcend between 2 contrasting concepts,
giving customers an interesting new visual and mind stimulus.
Walking into the Classics area will be akin to a stroll into an indoor lounge setting. It provides a comfortable and open environment, complete with a cosy sofa and “tajima” woodline vinyl strip flooring to provide customers a relaxing and sleek shopping experience.
